intel core 2 duo Processor with Asus P5W DH Deluxe Mother board?

my only concern is if motherboard FSB will match that of the processor?

p5n32 doesnot have Quad Core capability and i am keeping that in mind.

instead of buying 2 1gb modules or 1 1gb. i am gona buy 1 2gb module to cover my self for future upgrade
Yes the P5B series motherboards support socket 775. They even support quad-core for when you want to upgrade. Your specific motherboard will be able to support SLI or Crossfire because of the two pci-e slots, and it comes with the asus utilities to overclock your processor if you choose to.
For the memory you should look at two 1 gig cards probably. 240 pin, 667MHz sticks would work.
